Not only is Dan kind, friendly, and intelligent - Dan has a very real passion for family law.
After entering the workforce with a Masters of Science from FSU in 2001, Dan experienced first-hand the inequities of justice in family matters.
This personal experience ignited a desire to become a lawyer and represent individuals going through difficult family law matters. In 2005, Dan graduated from FSU Law School.
After law school, Dan had the unique honor of working as Senior Attorney with the Florida Supreme Court, Office of the State Courts Administrator to plan and implement the Judicial College Fundamentals Program which provides in-depth education to new State Court Judges in areas of law such as: domestic relations, dependency, civil, criminal, ethics, and other subject areas.
In 2017, Dan became the managing attorney for the Office of the State Courts Administrator, overseeing the operations of the Office of Court Education. Now, Dan wants to take all of the knowledge and experience he has accumulated over these many years teaching new Judges and helping family law clients navigate the system to secure fair and reasoned results for themselves and their children.
