Why should divorcing couples consider mediation in Florida?

In all family law cases in Florida, mediation is required. It is required because it gives the parties the opportunity to resolve their case in the way that best suits them. If they don't resolve it, it gets resolved by the court, but mediation is that process where two parties sit down and can set up an agreement that meets their needs, and that they believe is in the best interest of their children.
